What investment is required?

It depends on the size of your market. We agree volumes together in the business plan.

Is the territory exclusive?

Yes. We appoint one exclusive distributor per country.

Are the models homologated for my market?

Our line-up includes Euro 5+ and Euro 4 models. We confirm the homologation requirements of your market in the introductory call.

How do warranty and parts work?

Every vehicle comes with a 5-year limited warranty with labour reimbursement. Spare parts are shipped from our global distribution centre.

Can I appoint dealers in my country?

Yes. As the distributor, you build and manage the dealer network in your territory, with our support.

What support do you provide at launch?

A launch kit with showroom identity and brand assets, sales and technical training, leads from our campaigns in your territory and a co-marketing fund.

The first Capetown rolls out

On its own newsroom ("P&M Chronicles"), Phelon & Moore announced that the first production units of the Capetown were complete and road-ready, having passed the company's quality checks by its technicians and engineers. International shipping of the bikes, packed in custom crates, began that same month.
